Student - Assets
The Student - Assets will assist Asset Managers in delivering a professional, technical and customer-facing estates maintenance service. They will work flexibly and collaboratively with colleagues to proactively identify areas for service improvement.

* Hours: 37 hours per week

* Salary: £25,583 per annum
* Employment Type: Internship (Temporary)
It is anticipated that the start date for the post will be July 2026, on a fixed term basis for 12 months.

Responsibilities
* Assist Asset Managers with the delivery of estates maintenance services.
* Identify opportunities for service improvement and work with colleagues.
* Complete general, cyclical and major repairs of Association properties in good condition.
Qualifications
* Currently studying for a level six qualification (e.g. Bachelor's Degree, Graduate diploma) in an Estate Management, Building Surveying, Construction or Engineering related discipline with one full year of studies completed.
* A current full driving licence and access to a suitable form of transport*.
*Where a disability prohibits driving, this criterion is waived at shortlisting stage and alternative arrangements may be considered if the candidate can meet travel requirements.
