Regional Sales Director (Land & New Homes) Location: Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire Salary: Up to £45,000 basic £80,000 OTE Company Car / Car Allowance Are you a proven leader in Land & New Homes or an ambitious Regional Manager ready to step up? About the Opportunity As Regional Sales Director, you'll be the face of Land & New Homes. You'll manage a network of development sites, work closely with estate agency partners, and take responsibility for driving income, winning new projects, and maximising client value. This is more than a management role — it's about becoming a key business winner and growth driver in a nationally recognised division. Key Responsibilities: Act as the regional ambassador for Land & New Homes, representing the brand with developers, partners, and clients Drive performance across your area, maximising revenue, profitability, and return on investment Win new instructions and developments, building long-term partnerships with developers and landowners Identify and broker prospective residential development sites in your region Ensure compliance across systems and processes while streamlining efficiencies Lead, motivate, and inspire your team to achieve and exceed targets Work closely with the in-house marketing department to produce innovative client-facing campaigns Report directly to the New Homes Director on performance, growth, and strategy What We're Looking For: Senior-level experience in Land & New Homes or a related property sector A strong track record in regional management, business growth, and revenue delivery Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships at senior level Commercially astute with excellent leadership and people-management skills Entrepreneurial mindset with drive to win business and grow market share Experience of identifying, evaluating, and securing development opportunities The Package: Basic salary up to £45,000 Realistic OTE of £80,000 Prestigious company BMW or car allowance Laptop tools for success 30 days holiday (including statutory) Pension scheme Ongoing training and development with industry-leading trainers Clear career progression and long-term job security Luxury overseas trips and incentives for top performers This is a role that offers not only excellent earnings, but also a long-term, lucrative career path in one of the most exciting growth areas of the UK property sector.
