Quality Technician
Location: Swindon
Pay Rate: £12.50 per hour
Job Type: Temp to Perm
Hours: Monday to Wednesday 7:00am - 5:30pm, Thursday 7:00am - 5:00pm

Thrive Group are delighted to be recruiting for a Quality Technician to join our client on a Temp to Perm basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct measurements and quality tests to ensure product compliance
Support incoming goods inspection and final inspection using microscopes and measuring tools
Assist with manufacturing processes related to Aegina build
Identify and control non-conforming products and materials
Ensure full traceability of all manufactured and tested parts
Comply with all company procedures and Health & Safety policies
Effectively communicate quality findings and make improvement recommendations
Report non-conformities and assist with root cause analysis
Provide support to the Quality Department in line with ISO9001 standardsWhat We're Looking For:
Previous experience in a quality or inspection role is desirable
Comfortable using measurement tools and microscopes
Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
Ability to follow procedures and document work accurately
