Responsibilities
As a Finance Officer, you will be responsible for...
1. Creating and issuing invoices
2. Processing and reconciling payments
3. Maintaining accurate financial records, including financial spreadsheets and payroll processing
4. Assistance in producing weekly and monthly financial reports
5. Use of excel for reporting, as well as deductions and record-keeping
Requirements
As a Finance Officer, you will need...
6. Knowledge of Sage/Xero preferable
7. Strong Excel skills, pivot tables and VLOOKUP's
8. Minimum 2-3 years in a finance background
9. Attention to detail and accuracy
