We’re looking for practitioners who:
Hold a Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent)
Have recent experience working with children aged 0–5
Understand the EYFS framework and can help support children’s development
Are nurturing, reliable, and enthusiastic about working with young children
Can build strong relationships with children, staff, and parents
Are confident supporting key worker duties and daily routines in nursery settings
