This role is perfect for an 26.5 hours, including working 1 in 4 Saturday and Sunday’s. This position if ideal for a forward-thinking, articulate and organised individual who works well under pressure. Meeting and greeting clients in a professional, yet sensitive manner Answering the telephone, dealing with queries, transferring calls, and taking messages where applicable Updating in-house notes system clearly and accurately Coordinating appointments with the clients Discussing finances and pet Insurance details Taking card and cash payments Accurately carrying out departmental filing Assisting with any other ad hoc duties when requested.
