Job Description
3. Lead and develop the SHREQ team, setting clear objectives and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
4. Define and implement SHREQ strategy aligned with business goals.
5. Oversee compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards, including ISO certifications.
6. Provide expert advice on legislation, risk management, and best practices.
7. Manage key processes including fleet, insurance, waste, and emergency preparedness.
The Successful Applicant
8. Proven experience in health and safety management with strategic planning skills.
9. Strong leadership and communication abilities to influence at all levels.
10. Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
11. NEBOSH qualification and knowledge of ISO standards.
12. Ability to inspire and mentor a team to exceed performance goals.
