While working for Lexus Hatfield, the program is delivered through the Toyota/Lexus Academy, our outstanding learning & development organization – the program targets and develops high-caliber people like you, who may have recently completed their education and are seeking the first step in a professional automotive career. Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, you will gain the Retailer Standard L2.
You will earn as you learn, with a starting salary of £10.40 per hour from Day 1. Additionally, upon graduation, you will receive a competitive benefits package and performance-related bonuses.

Key responsibilities include:
* Participate fully in all scheduled training activities, including sessions at the Toyota Academy in Burnaston, Derbyshire
* Keep all your learning logs up to date and prepare for learning reviews with your manager, mentor, and Learning & Development Advisor
* Welcome and greet aftersales customers to your Centre, ensuring their experience is excellent
* Get involved in activities that raise your Centre's profile, such as community events promoting the Toyota brand and attracting new customers
Person Specification:
This role requires you to be professional, have a smart personal appearance, and possess high standards of verbal and written communication.
No formal qualifications are required, but you must be literate, numerate, eager to learn, and genuinely interested in providing excellent customer service.
You should be practical, logical, able to listen, follow instructions, willing to study, and able to work as part of a busy, fast-moving team.
