Responsibilities
The Business Manager has overall responsibility for the achievement of Benefit retail objectives in store. By leading your team by setting the perfect example, you will maximise all sales opportunities and ensure that the team provides the best customer service and shopping experience possible.
Duties for a Business Manager include:
* Management - Managing Brow and Beauty Experts by motivating staff and delegating roles, ensuring sales targets are met, and high customer service standards are maintained.
* Sales Goals - Achieving counter and service sales targets through delegation, customer engagement, product demonstrations, beauty/brow services, and booking repeat appointments. Full training will be provided to make you a Brow Expert!
* Brow Services - Providing waxing, tinting, and tweezing to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat bookings.
* Teamwork - Conducting daily team meetings, effective communication, and recognizing positive work to motivate the team and achieve targets.
* Promotion and Special Events - Creating in-store and external events, including new product launches and charity events, to boost business.
* Stock - Ensuring the counter remains stocked and reporting concerns promptly.
* Communication - Maintaining open communication with store/department managers and area managers.
* Administration - Completing necessary administrative tasks daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly, and assisting with area manager administrative duties when needed.
* Staff Rotas - Preparing fair staff schedules monthly.
* Hygiene and Housekeeping - Keeping the counter and displays clean and hygienic at all times.
Qualifications
Business Managers may be required to work weekends, late nights, and bank holidays.
