Key Responsibilities:
* Assist classroom teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
* Support small groups of students to enhance their learning experience.
* Provide one-on-one assistance to pupils with specific learning needs, including SEN.
* Help manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment.
* Quickly adapt to different school settings and collaborate with various teams.
* Assist in preparing learning materials and organising classroom resources.
Requirements:
* Experience working with children, ideally in an educational setting.
* A flexible and adaptable approach to working with different age groups and schools.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* A patient, caring, and supportive attitude towards students.
* Relevant qualifications in education or childcare are beneficial but not essential.
