The Role:
* Manage and grow international accounts & territories
* Work with overseas agents & distributors
* Focus on high-value deals & long-term relationships
* Daily outbound calls + digital outreach
* Own your pipeline, forecasts & CRM (Freshsales)

* Proven outbound sales experience
* Strong account management & relationship-building skills
* Experience with international clients or markets
* Commercial mindset + confident negotiator
* Self-motivated, organised, KPI-driven
* A Background in textiles, interiors, or design
Key Benefits:
* £28,000 - £30,000 pa, Realistic OTE £40,000
* 25 days holiday + bank holidays (increasing with service)
