Starting Salary : £24,400 per annum Job Type: Permanent Working pattern: 35 hours per week. Monday-Thursday in our Head Office in Lancaster, work from home on Fridays (flexible working options will be considered) In this role you will: Provide first class support to internal and external customers and stakeholders, managing support incidents and service requests to service level targets Provide support for the Ascentis systems and infrastructure for internal staff and our customers 1st line desktop support, including system builds, telephone queries, password resets and other similar service requests Be responsible for assisting in the delivery of IT Project work, such as system upgrades, testing, documentation and general changes.
