Ecommerce Operations Specialist – Omni-Channel Fulfilment

My client, an established global fashion and lifestyle brand is seeking an experienced Ecommerce Operations Specialist to join their European distribution operations team.
This role focuses on managing and optimising end-to-end ecommerce and omni-channel fulfilment, ensuring seamless service across warehouse and retail channels.
Working cross-functionally with teams in logistics, IT, retail, and customer service, you’ll be instrumental in building scalable processes, improving KPIs, and enhancing customer experience through operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead daily ecommerce and retail fulfilment operations (click & collect, home delivery, in-store returns)
* Monitor and improve KPIs across service, cost, and delivery performance
* Collaborate with internal teams to implement backend tools and SOPs
* Analyse operational data to identify gaps and drive process improvement
* Support IT and global teams in systems integration and omni-channel enablement
* Ensure alignment between fulfilment operations and customer experience goals
About You:
* 5+ years’ experience in ecommerce, supply chain, or retail operations
* Strong understanding of fulfilment, logistics, and order management systems
* Proven track record of driving operational efficiencies and KPI improvements
* Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities
* Adaptable, collaborative, and comfortable leading change
