Responsibilities:
Lifeguarding our indoor and outdoor swimming pools and keeping our members and visitors safe
Welcoming guests and members and dealing with general enquiries
Completing and recording safety checks
Dealing with any issues and complaints in a professional and efficient manner
Supporting other departments as required, including the cleaning team when you're not on poolside.
Requirements:
Fully NPLQ qualified
Able to act quickly, calmly and effectively to any situation
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by spa schedules and business needs
