Job Description:
Hawksworth is now recruiting for a Solution Architect with significant experience in the Customer Service line for a large organization. This role involves joining an architecture team that collaborates closely with Customer Focused Engineering product teams. You will define and deliver technology roadmaps and solution architectures, ensuring successful implementation.
* The position is permanent.
* Location: Wolverhampton (with hybrid working, minimum once a month in the office)
* Salary: Up to £110k + up to 18% bonus + excellent pension plan and other benefits.
* The client is a global Financial Services company; hence, a Financial Services background is highly desirable.
Required skills and experience:
* Experience as a Solution Architect in medium to large organizations
* Background in Agile, product-centric technology development, and digital-focused solution architecture, especially in customer-centric functions
* End-to-end solution architecture experience for customer products, including design, modeling, coding frameworks, integrations, and operational ownership
* Expertise in designing solutions using Salesforce (preferably Financial Services Cloud)
* Experience in enabling CRM within complex application ecosystems
* Customer Journey experience
