Our Infrastructure & Capital Projects team provides market-leading commercial and financial advice to the Public and Private Sector. Operating across sectors such as Infrastructure, Energy, and Public Services, we advise governments on policy delivery, Technology Transformation, and Major Programmes.
Our Shared Services proposition within the Infrastructure and Capital Projects team offers specialist finance, service design, BPO, commercial structuring, and contract negotiation advice to both private and public sector clients. This role supports the growth of our shared service offerings and involves working alongside other Deloitte service lines to leverage technical and operational expertise, driving transformation programs. It provides unique networking and multidisciplinary working opportunities across HCM, finance, GBS, HR, and business modelling teams.

We seek talented Directors with proven expertise in delivering shared and business services strategies that enhance performance and profitability. Increasing demand for advisory services in Shared Services strategy, commercial arrangements, and business cases (Green Book) presents exciting opportunities.
Your responsibilities include:
* Providing strategic guidance to senior client executives on establishing and optimizing Shared Services and BPO functions, including hybrid models.
* Collaborating with clients to develop strategies for setting up or transforming their business services, focusing on commercial, contracting, and operational models.
* Evaluating service delivery, sourcing, operating models, conducting assessments, developing business cases, and readiness for implementation.
* Leading multidisciplinary project teams to deliver high-quality engagements in line with client requirements.
* Building strong client relationships as a trusted advisor and maintaining a deep understanding of their needs.
* Driving business development, including identifying opportunities, shaping proposals, leading pursuit teams, and expanding existing client relationships.
* Mentoring team members and supporting their professional growth.
* Leading market thought leadership in the public sector, staying updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulations.
* Collaborating across teams to ensure seamless project execution and knowledge sharing.

* Extensive experience in Shared Services and/or BPO within the Public Sector, with a successful track record.
* Experience in evaluating service delivery models, developing business cases, and conducting assessments.
* Leadership skills to manage and inspire multidisciplinary teams.
* Strong client relationship management skills, with a focus on long-term partnerships.
* Experience in business development within the public sector.
* Deep understanding of industry trends, technologies, and regulations.
* Excellent communication and influencing skills for engaging senior stakeholders.
* Eligibility for security clearance due to public sector involvement.
