Requirements:
* Proven experience in HR business partnering, preferably in a higher education or similar sector
* Strong skills in strategic planning, stakeholder engagement and relationship-building
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritising tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to different audiences and contexts
