We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic SEN Teacher to join an inclusive and supportive SEN school in Wisbech. You will be responsible for delivering personalised teaching and learning experiences to pupils with a range of special educational needs, helping them to achieve their potential academically, socially, and emotionally.

Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, deliver, and assess tailored lessons that meet the diverse needs of SEN pupils
* Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters confidence and independence
* Work closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and families to support pupil progress
* Monitor and track pupil development, adapting approaches as needed
* Contribute to the development of the school's SEN curriculum and wider school initiatives
* Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing within your class
* Participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to staff training
What We're Looking For:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in SEN education
* Child DBS on the update service
* A strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities in SEN teaching
* Patience, creativity, and a flexible approach to teaching and learning
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Commitment to promoting inclusion and safeguarding pupil welfare
