This independent, Top 100 firm in Beaconsfield blends heritage with a modern mindset. They invest in people, not politics - and they're looking for an Audit & Accounts Manager to join their leadership team.
The role
You'll manage a varied portfolio of OMBs and SMEs, typically up to £100m turnover, across a broad range of sectors. The split is roughly 60% audit, 40% accounts, but they'll flex to suit your strengths.
You'll be trusted to lead your own portfolio, supervise staff, review work, and act as the main contact for clients. There's also plenty of scope to get involved in onboarding, quoting, internal projects, and process improvements.

What they're looking for
* ACA or ACCA qualified, with at least 6 years' practice experience
* Comfortable managing audits under FRS 102
* Strong review and supervisory experience
* Commercially aware, proactive, and personable
* CCH experience helpful, but not essential
