What You'll Be Working On
* Managing recruitment campaigns across the US structural steel and construction market
* Building relationships with senior-level candidates, including Project Managers, Estimators, Directors, Vice Presidents and C-suite executives
* Headhunting passive talent from a highly specialist market
* Managing candidate processes from initial approach through to offer and placement
* Developing existing client relationships and identifying new opportunities
* Working alongside one of the most established steel recruitment teams in the industry
