MUST HAVEs: insurance experience, vendor management, all types of change i.e. tech, business projects, etc, experience delivering software, managing a third-party vendor i.e. strong vendor and stakeholder management, etc.
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a project from start to finish. This candidate will be able to create a plan of action which will consider a fixed timeline and evaluate risks. This individual should also have experience managing people and be an effective communicator.
50% will be taking over a project to deliver a major upgrade of a Policy Admin System
50% will work on a project(s) prioritised via Group Change portfolio
1. Senior Business Change Project Managers plan and coordinate initiatives from inception to delivery; managing activities, resources, budget and people to achieve desired outcomes and enable strategic initiatives
2. They provide oversight and challenge to project operations, performance and viability in terms of outcomes, delivery, benefits and financial management
3. They partner with stakeholders to deliver high value, strategically aligned customer outcomes, and achievable benefit realisation
