This is an important and pivotal position at the heart of the organisation, ensuring that vital administrative and data processes run smoothly and to the highest standards. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of information across multiple systems, supporting the delivery of key programmes and compliance requirements. Day-to-day, you'll be responsible for processing documentation, maintaining records, preparing reports, and inputting data into internal and government systems. You'll also support wider administrative and office functions - from managing emails and scanning documents to handling timesheets and compliance checks. Key Responsibilities Accurately input, verify, and maintain large volumes of data across various systems and spreadsheets Prepare, sort, and check documents for completeness and accuracy before upload Use Microsoft Excel and other Office applications for tracking, reporting, and monitoring progress Assist with internal audits, compliance monitoring, and record management Perform general administrative duties including filing, scanning, photocopying, and responding to enquiries Work collaboratively within a small, supportive team to meet deadlines and organisational targets About You You'll be a confident and organised individual who enjoys working with structure, detail, and data. This role requires someone who can stay focused when handling repetitive information and takes genuine pride in accuracy and precision. As a key part of the organisation's administrative function, you'll be trusted with essential information and play a central role in ensuring smooth operations, compliance, and quality assurance across the business. This role may also suit someone with experience in similar positions such as an administrative assistant, office clerk, secretary, data administrator, office support executive, or business support administrator. Essential Criteria Minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) including Maths and English at Grade C or above Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel and Office applications Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy in data entry Strong organisational, time management, and problem-solving skills Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a busy office environment Professional, motivated, and methodical in approach, with excellent communication skills Previous experience in an administrative or office-based role What's in it for You?
