What youll be doing:
* Supporting senior conveyancers across a full range of residential transactions
* Managing sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, and new build transactions
* Issuing draft contracts, handling enquiries, and managing sale files
* Setting up matters for completion and post-completion support
* Maintaining excellent client communication with clients, estate agents, and lenders
* General administrative support and assisting other team members as needed
