The Role
As a Senior Planner, you will:
* Manage planning applications from initial instruction through to determination
* Provide clear and strategic planning advice to clients
* Prepare planning statements, appeals and supporting documentation
* Liaise with local authorities, consultants and stakeholders
* Support junior team members where appropriate
* Contribute to business development and client relationship management
About You
* MRTPI Chartered (or working towards Chartership)
* Strong knowledge of the UK planning system
* Experience managing a varied caseload independently
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Commercial awareness and a proactive approach
This role would suit someone currently operating at Planner or Senior Planner level within a consultancy or local authority, looking to join a respected firm where they can genuinely add value and progress.
