A fantastic opportunity to join a small business and get involved in all aspects of office operations and accounts. Reporting to the Director, you will be responsible for a variety of duties including:
General office administration
Bookkeeping / accounts duties - logging sales / purchases, reconciliations and credit control - using Quickbooks software
HR administration for a small team (circa 5 employees) such as giving out employee contracts, answering queries
Sales administration
Purchasing materials, ordering
Basic PA duties for Director such as scheduling meetings / organising diary
In house training will be given on all aspects of the role, however previous accounts / bookkeeping experience would be needed. This role would suit someone who loves variety and a chance to get involved in all aspects of a business.
The company needs someone to work 7am-4pm Mon-Fri, with Friday having an earlier 3pm finish, so would suit someone who enjoys early starts!
They are based in the Northam area of Southampton .
