Estate Agent Sales Negotiator / Lister
* A high-performing, talented Estate Agent Sales Negotiator is required for a high-volume operation. If you are an existing Estate Agent, we would love to hear from you.
* Opportunity to carry out valuations and listings.
Role Overview:
* They envision their new associate to develop an in-depth knowledge of their applicant base, enabling them to match buyers with sellers and with 'virtual sellers'—those not immediately coming to the market but open to proposals from the right person.
* You will need to drive and have your own car.
Key Qualities:
* They are looking for a consummate deal maker who can see success both near and far. The telephone is their primary selling tool, and the new associate should have a strong affinity for this essential aid.
Responsibilities:
* From day one, focus on the selling process and utilize available tools to generate income. The rewards structure supports both personal and team efforts, fostering a balance of team spirit and individual success.
Compensation and Working Hours:
* Basic salary up to GBP 20,000 plus 5% personal sales commission and 5% personal listings commission, with on-target earnings of GBP 30,000.
* Working hours are 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday, and 9:00 am to 4:00 pm on Saturday, with a day off during the week. Full use of the company pool car is provided.
