About the role
As a HR Business Partner you will be a trusted advisor to the factory leadership in your region,, delivering proactive and high-quality HR support, building strong relationships, supporting people decisions and contributing to consistent and compliant HR practices.
Duties also include:
1. Provide advice and support on employee relations casework including disciplinaries, grievances, absence and performance management
2. Coach line managers to build confidence in people management
3. Collaborate with HR teams to deliver people initiatives and projects
4. Support organisational change including restructures and consultation
5. Analyse people data to identify trends and recommend actions
