The Role of Store Supervisor
Our Supervisors are ambassadors of these magical moments and the heart of our award-winning business. We are expanding our family and looking for an exceptional Supervisor to join our Mamas & Papas Poole store, leading a small team of Sales Consultants. You will work closely with the Store Manager and management team to achieve store results and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
This Store Supervisor position is for 40 hours per week, across 5 days, including weekends (Saturdays, Sundays, or both). (Apply to discuss shifts that suit you.)
If you have experience as a retail supervisor or senior sales assistant, love creating memorable experiences for customers, can lead by example, and support your team, we'd love to hear from you.
