About the Role In this role, you will: Advise on NEC, JCT, FIDIC and other key construction contract suites. Lead construction disputes, including adjudications and complex payment issues. Support project structuring, capexactivityand commercial negotiations. Assess contractual risk and guide Quantity Surveyors, Commercial and Operations teams. Strengthen governance,complianceand contract management processes. Deliver training that improves capability across the business. Experience & Qualifications Qualified Solicitor, Barrister orFCILExin England & Wales. Strong background in construction law (contentious and noncontentious). Experience advising on NEC, JCT and associated contract forms. Proven involvement in construction disputes, including adjudications and claims. Experience partnering with Commercial, QS and Operational teams. Ability to manage and direct external counsel effectively. Desirable: FIDIC/ICE exposure, experience with JV or alliance models,previousin-houseconstructionor infrastructure experience. Ready to Shape the Future?
