We have a great opportunity for a Senior Building Control Surveyor on a full-time, permanent basis.
Salary: base £48,226 - £53,460 per year, 20% Market Premia, £729 London Weighting, £963 Essential Car User Allowance.
Key Responsibilities
* Work with the Principal Building Control Surveyor(s) to deliver the Building Control function across the borough.
* Undertake plan checking and site inspections as necessary.
* Maintain and develop professional competence in accordance with the Registered Building Inspector Code of Conduct.
* Respond to clients in an appropriate and timely fashion.
* Promote a positive image of the profession and provide a high standard of service.
