A lovely primary school in Gateshead is searching for an Early Years Teaching Assistant to support pupils with complex needs who require structure, reassurance, and calm leadership.
This is a full-time role, 8.30am to 3.30pm, ideal for someone who understands that behaviour is often communication.
Day to day, you’ll be
* Providing 1:1 support in a nurturing EYFS classroom
* Helping children regulate and engage with learning
* Using clear, consistent boundaries
* Working alongside teachers, SENCO, and support staff
* Turning tough moments into progress
