Teaching Assistant – Bushey – ASAP
GSL Education is currently looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school in Bushey, Watford as soon as possible. This is a temp to perm opportunity, offering long-term prospects for the right candidate.
As a Teaching Assistant, you will support students with ASC, SEMH, and other additional needs on a 1:1 and small group basis. The successful candidate will work closely with students across various key stages, providing tailored support to those with additional learning needs, including Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges. You will play a key role in ensuring every child is given the opportunity to succeed academically and emotionally.
This Teaching Assistant role is ideal for someone with previous experience in education, youth work, care, or support roles. You must be confident, compassionate, and able to build strong, professional relationships with students and staff alike.
