Kerry Robert Associates is working in partnership with a leading international hotel group in search of an experienced Financial Controller.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a finance professional with a hospitality background who is ready to take the next step into a senior finance leadership position.
As Financial Controller, you will oversee all aspects of the hotel’s finance function. You’ll be responsible for managing key financial KPIs, forecasting, budgeting, and preparing monthly P&L and balance sheet reports. You will also play a crucial role in driving financial performance and supporting the hotel’s leadership team with strategic insights.
Requirements
* Previous experience as a Financial Controller, Finance Manager, or Assistant Financial Controller in a hospitality setting is essential.
* Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a hotel finance department.
* Broad knowledge of all areas of a hotel finance department.
* Self-accounting experience.
* Proficient in hotel PMS and EPOS systems.
* Forward-thinking, motivated, and adaptable to new technologies.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
Benefits
Salary package: Between £55,000 - £65,000 plus great hotel company benefits
Location: Onsite role based in London (no hybrid working).
