Your new role
As a Qualified Accounts Senior or Semi Senior, you'll be responsible for preparing accounts and tax returns, liaising directly with clients, and supporting partners with advisory and planning work. You'll play a key role in developing client relationships, mentoring junior staff, and contributing to the wider success of the practice. The role includes exposure to business planning, tax strategy, and cloud-based accounting systems.
What you'll need to succeed
1. ACA or ACCA qualified/part-qualified
2. Minimum 2 years’ experience in a practice setting
3. Strong technical knowledge of accounts preparation and personal tax
4. Proficiency in software such as CCH, Xero, Sage, and Farmplan
5. Excellentmunication, analytical thinking, and attention to detail
6. Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
7. A proactive mindset with a passion for client service
8. Willingness to work flexibly and live withinmuting distance of Stratford-upon-Avon
