Deliver silver service-level catering for hospitality events. Follow recipe cards to ensure consistency and quality. Support and train new team members. Manage stock, place food orders, and maintain kitchen records. Monitor food safety standards and complete due diligence paperwork. Assist with deliveries and deep cleaning routines. What we're looking for: Relevant culinary qualification (706/1 or 706/2 or equivalent). Confident chef and excellent team player. Flexible, innovative, and passionate about food. Able to pass full security vetting and DBS checks. Must have lived in the UK for the past 3 years and have the legal right to work.
