Patient Co Ordinator: New Life Teeth Belfast
Essential Criteria:
* Proven work experience as a Patient Coordinator or similar role within dentistry/dental field.
* Superb verbal and written communication skills to share updates with patients and other medical staff.
* Computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Strong analytical thinking and the ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
* Excellent customer service skills to provide ongoing support for patients and their families.
Responsibilities include:
* Replying to patient enquires via email and phone.
* Supporting the clinical team.
* Supporting Front of House team and Treatment Coordinators.
* Communicating effectively & efficiently with existing patients.
* Providing support to patients throughout their patient journey.
* Managing diary appointments and treatment plans.
* General administrative duties.
* Dealing with post and deliveries.
* Dealing with lab work.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with local practices and GDP referrers.

Starting salary: £13.50ph - upwards (depending on experience and qualifications)
