Your New Role:
As a Support Worker, you will play a vital part in empowering adults with learning disabilities, autism, or mental health needs. Every day brings the opportunity to make a real difference, whether it is assisting with daily living, offering personal care when required, or helping individuals access their community for leisure activities, appointments, and social opportunities.

What You'll Need to Succeed:
No prior experience is required as full training and a buddy system will guide you through induction.
Commitment to ongoing learning, with opportunities to gain qualifications and valuable experience in social care
A friendly, approachable personality that makes communication easy with both individuals and your team
A full driving licence is essential, as you will be supporting people to access the community and attend appointments.
This role is perfect if you are compassionate, reliable, and eager to build a career in care.
