WSR is looking for a Sales Administrator to join the team of our esteemed client based in Milton Keynes.
Location: Milton Keynes - Office Based
Salary: Up to £28k
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 07:30am to 4:30pm. 3:30pm finish on a Friday
Reports To: Sales Director

Sales Administrator Job Overview
You will be responsible for managing the front line, including answering calls, coordinating all incoming enquiries over various platforms, managing incoming quote enquiries, and supporting the sales team with administrative tasks.
Sales Administrator Responsibilities and Duties:
* Answering calls and enquiries promptly and handing these over to the relevant teams.
* Creating quoting tasks by recording key information.
* Confidently answering phone, email, or online chat enquiries. Comprehensive technical product training will be provided.
* Maintaining a confident and empathetic telephone manner.
* Connecting easily with people.
* Quickly learning new information and skills.
