Position: Administration Clerk Location: Trawsfynydd, Blaenau Ffestiniog, Gwynedd, LL41 4DT Duration: 12 Months 4 days per week / 9.25 hours per day 07.25-17.00, Mon-Thursday Top 3 Evaluation Criteria Administrative background Good knowledge of MS Office Flexible and proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks, prioritise workload, and support ad hoc requests in a fast-paced environment. Essential : Administrative background Experience providing administrative support, including managing diaries, arranging meetings, coordinating travel and accommodation, and processing expenses Good knowledge of MS Office; Word, Excel, and PowerPoint See S-172 Competency Levels by Role for details of core competencies for this role. Flexibility to cover cross functional / cross project support as required The ability to draft clear, concise, and professional correspondence to support the day-to-day progression of tasks and deliverables. Good attention to detail with experience in maintaining and updating databases accurately and within agreed timeframes. Ability to develop, organise, and maintain effective filing and document management systems, ensuring easy retrieval and audit compliance. Experience in preparing agendas, taking accurate minutes, and tracking actions to support effective meetings and governance processes. Flexible and proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks, prioritise workload, and support ad hoc requests in a fast-paced environment. Desirable : Computer literacy qualification Experience of working in technical background such as engineering/finance etc. A-Level or equivalent
