Main duties The role encompasses overall responsibility for finance, HR, facilities, governance, IT systems, and operational leadership.

Job description: Overall management responsibility for the practices non-clinical business functions, including but not limited to finance, IT systems and data processing, compliance, and governance.
Ensure the effective use of existing and new IT systems to support performance, adapting and innovating where required.
Provide leadership and coordination of administrative and non-clinical teams.
Work collaboratively with clinical teams to support high-quality service delivery.
Hold responsibility for achieving all primary care contractual targets.
Support the Partners in strategic planning and operational decision-making.
