RETAIL ASSISTANT – PARCMARKET
We are looking for a Retail Assistant with a passion for delivering excellent customer service to join our team. Based in one of our retail outlets, your duties will include operating a till, replenishing stock and welcoming guests in a positive, friendly manner.
The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a guest-facing role, have excellent communication skills and be comfortable working independently or as part of a team. You will be confident taking ownership of guest queries or issues, ensuring that they are served in a friendly and efficient manner. Previous experience within a retail environment would be beneficial; full training will be provided.

Hours of Work
You will be contracted to work 48 hours per 4-week period on a flexible basis. This means your days and hours of work could vary each week, but you will always receive at least your contracted hours each period. Shifts fall between 7 am to 9 30 pm, including weekends. As our village is open 365 days a year, your working hours will include public/bank holidays and during Christmas and/or New Year on a rota basis.

Desirable requirements
* Computer literate with familiarity of electronic point-of-sales (tills).
* Experience in problem solving.
* Retail background or relevant customer service experience.
