Job Purpose
This role is pivotal in strengthening our market position, enhancing customer engagement, and increasing sales within the UK accident repair market.
Market Research & Analysis
* Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
* Analyze sales data and customer feedback to find growth opportunities.
* Share insights with the team to inform strategy.
Strategic Planning & Execution
* Collaborate with the Volkswagen Group Head Office to develop and implement sales strategies.
* Monitor progress and adjust strategies as needed.
Training & Development
Stay updated with industry trends, new products, and technologies to maintain expertise.
Customer Support & Relationship Management
* Assist customers with inquiries and technical support.
* Build and maintain relationships with key accounts.
* Attend meetings, visits, and industry events to promote products and relationships.
Collaboration & Communication
* Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer service teams.
* Communicate regularly with the Volkswagen Group team.
Essential Skills
Effective stakeholder engagement, experience in the UK accident repair market, business financial awareness, managing national campaigns, high IT literacy.
