Job Description
The Operations Manager will:
1. Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient production processes, aligning with organizational goals and KPIs.
2. Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve service delivery.
3. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and health and safety standards.
4. Drive the safety program for the site ensuring safe operating practices and high safety awareness among employees
5. Identify areas for process improvement and lead initiatives to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and reduce production scrap.
6. Develop training programs for team members to ensure operational excellence and adherence to company standards.
7. Provide leadership and mentorship to team members to build a strong, motivated workforce.
8. Resolve operational issues and conflicts promptly to minimize disruptions to business activities and ensure on time delivery to customers.
