Job Title: Adults Clinical Psychologist
Location: Care First – Pheasey, Walsall area, Birmingham - The Clinical Team will support the provision of services across a number of sites within Walsall, Kings Norton and Walsall.
Salary: up to £60,000 depending on experience plus £3000 Welcome Bonus (payable as one payment of £1,500 after one month and another £1,500 upon completion of your probation period). T&C's apply.
Contract: Permanent, 52 weeks, 37.5 hours per week
Essential: Full UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle required
We’re looking for an experienced Clinical Psychologist to contribute to assessment and intervention plans for adults. This role offers a chance to shape services and make a meaningful impact.
About The Role
The post is located within Care First – Pheasey, Walsall. You will join a new clinical team supporting MDT working, including Speech and Language Therapy and Occupational Therapy, across multiple sites. You will support service development and ensure quality assurance within clinical governance structures.

Essential Criteria
* Post-graduate doctoral qualification in Psychology (clinical, counselling, forensic)
* Registered with HCPC and BPS
* Experience supervising Assistant Psychologists
* Experience working with adults with intellectual disabilities
* Ability to work collaboratively and sensitively
* Continuing professional development relevant to the setting
* Substantial post-qualification experience with adults and children
* Full UK driving license and access to a car
* Skills in data management for service development and research
