Overview
Our Business Intelligence (BI) team is responsible for delivering reporting requirements to NHS England and providing analytical support to clinical and operational colleagues across the Trust. This role will work within the clinical reporting team, initially focusing on the clinical support division (radiology, pathology, therapies) with opportunities to collaborate across other divisions.
Responsibilities
* Produce reporting requirements for NHS England, Regional Health Teams, Integrated Care Board (ICB), regular internal reporting, BI dashboards, and ad‑hoc reports.
* Monitor activity, performance, data quality and data collection systems, and provide recommendations for improvement.
* Collaborate with clinical and operational stakeholders to gather and translate business needs into technical solutions.
Logistics
Hybrid Working: You will be required to work on site at Quince House, West Suffolk Hospital, Bury St. Edmunds, at least 40% of the time.
Qualifications
* Strong data analysis skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
* Knowledge of SQL Server, PowerBI, Business Objects or Tableau (preferably).
* Experience with information reporting solutions.
* Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
