Responsibilities include:
1. Supporting operational technology across the business, including stock systems and machine software.
2. Troubleshooting and resolving a range of IT issues efficiently, with proper ticket logging.
3. Providing first-time fix solutions, escalating issues when necessary, and meeting service level metrics.
4. Delivering excellent customer service and maintaining relationships within the IT department.
5. Reporting recurring issues and identifying trends for continuous improvement.
6. Coordinating with third-party organizations to ensure SLAs are met.
7. Escalating serious or recurring issues to management to minimize business impact.
