Deputy Home Manager - Bromley
Are you an experienced Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN) with a knack for clinical excellence? Our client, a leading care home group and proud winners of the 2023 National Care Awards, is seeking a Deputy Home Manager to join their beautiful home in Bromley. This role offers a salary of £23.20 per hour, totaling £48,256 per year.
The successful candidate will work 40 hours a week, including 2 supernumerary shifts and 2 clinical 12-hour shifts (7:45 am – 8:00 pm), DAYS ONLY.
Responsibilities:
* Lead and mentor a team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
* Communicate effectively with residents and their families to build strong relationships.
* Ensure excellent quality outcomes for residents.
* Hold an active NMC pin.
