About The Role

At Arco, the UK's leading integrated health and safety experts, we're looking for an ambitious, driven Account Manager to play a pivotal role in our continued growth and success, developing our existing accounts, and growing new accounts in Essex. If you're a strategic thinker with a proven track record in account management, sales, and profit generation, we want to hear from you!
As an Account Manager at Arco, you will be responsible for delivering profitable growth within Essex, through strong relationship building and commercial acumen, selling our range of products and services.

Key responsibilities include:
1. Building strong relationships with existing and new customers across the region through site visits
2. Utilising industry and sector insight to disrupt customer’s thinking, and build consensus across a multi-stakeholder buying group for Arco’s solutions
3. Identifying the right customer stakeholders and building credibility quickly to drive success
4. Driving strategies to grow, retain, and maximise revenue and profit of existing and new customers
5. Maintaining and updating information accurately within the CRM system, and utilising customer intelligence for account planning purposes to achieve full customer/contact coverage

The ideal Territory Sales Manager will be/have:
* A proven track record of delivering sales within a strategic framework, understanding financial performance, and seeking profit opportunities
* Key behaviours aligned with our sales strategy, demonstrating drive and determination
* Effective communication skills to share ideas and listen actively
* Experience in a product sales environment is beneficial
* A full UK Driving License
