Responsibilities
* Leading two or more client accounts simultaneously
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities in line with client objectives
* Conduct outbound calls and targeted outreach to identify new opportunities, cultivate prospects, and enhance client relationships
* Ensuring CRM and account metrics are consistently updated
* Supporting and coaching Account Executives
* Driving client retention and revenue growth
Qualifications
* Extensive experience in B2B account management, sales, or business development, preferably in client-facing roles.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Proven ability to work independently and lead teams
* Excellent time management and organisational abilities
* A proactive, problem-solving mindset with commercial awareness
