What's involved in this Assistant F&B Manager role:
To assist the Food & Beverage Manager in the supervision of the Company's day to day management within the park and ensuring all the companies standards and procedures are met.
What's required?
A proven track record in the leisure and hospitality industry
The ability to supervise, manage and coach employees
Strong administrative skills to use online systems
Experience at running numerous events and functions
Proficiency in monitoring and controlling stock working to KPIs and adding stock taking
